I discovered her quite by accident. Each spring I put all of my houseplants on the deck for the summer. The sunshine and warm air revitalize them after many long months of being subjected to the artificial heat and minimal light in my house. On this particular day I noticed a white fuzzy substance on this plant so I investigated further to see if there was perhaps an infestation of aphids. As I carefully moved one of the green and yellow variegated leaves, much to my surprise there she was.
