"What a Wonderful World", recorded by Louis Armstrong, is one of my all-time favorite songs. Whenever I heard this song on the radio, I felt an overwhelming sense of joy. Yet in recent times, it has had the opposite effect. Now, these words fill my heart with a deep sense of sadness. I remember the days when these lyrics reflected the actual condition of our world - one of friendship and beauty. Now, I see selfishness and hostility and I wonder, "Can we make this world truly wonderful again?"
