Families are like rock bands that consist of an array of talents and personalities: composers, musicians, and vocalists all contributing to the production, performance, and success of the ensemble. In order for the group to achieve billboard status all members must be on their "A" game at all times. If for any reason they are not gaining in popularity, it would be irresponsible to hold only one member accountable. And yet that is exactly what we do in our families.
