Everyone has influence.  You don’t have to be the president, CEO, or even manager in your companies or businesses.  No matter what stage or position you hold your actions influence others.  We must realize this and make choices based on that fact.  We must serve those we are around and create positive environments so they can grow.  That is why I am excited to have Dane on the show today for Episode 11, to discuss leadership and influence from his experience and perspective.
