Everyone is Irish come St. Patrick's Day. Thusly, we're celebrating Irish cream in this episode.

Our featured Drinking Songs are Irish Washerwoman by Howie & Ann Mitchell, and Forewarned by Arborea. Both can be found on the Free Music Archive.

Alcohol Content comes in the form of a mudslide: mix equal parts vodka, Kahlua, and Irish cream in an iced shaker, then serve over ice.

I also mention Beer Bread as a tasty snack. I found the recipe on Pinterest, which is a wonderful timesuck. The recipe is very simple. Mix 3 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspon salt, 12 ounces of beer (or you can substitute soda). It will be sticky. Place dough in a greased 9x5 loaf pan, and pour 3 tablespoons of melted butter over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. (My first loaf, with Miller High Life, took 50 minutes. My second, made with Corona, was closer to 60 minutes. I didn't notice much of a taste difference, but then I don't do a lot of beer ...)
