This is what stood out to me - Update to the Encompass Server (i.e., Server Patch 4)

• Update to Improve Encompass Log In and Loan Open Processing Time
  • Updates have been made in Encompass to reduce the length of time it takes Encompass users to log into Encompass and the length of time it takes Encompass to open a loan file.

The 3 other part of this update worth mentioning are:

• New Encompass Security Certificate
  • The current security certificate for Encompass expires on September 16, 2022. This critical patch release provides a new Encompass security certificate that is valid until 2025. It is encouraged that clients apply this update to their Encompass instance to avoid any potential warnings or issues that may occur after the current security certificate expires.
• Persistent DateTime Conversion Error Messages in Event Log is Addressed
  • Not a real problem but was corrected to no longer produce the false issue
• Enhanced Conditions Tool: Object Reference Error Generated When Accessing the Tool is Resolved
  • Was a real problem for some users, but has been addressed
