Woe to those who trust in Egypt and horses instead of Yahweh. Israel is called again to return to the God. The Assyrian's fall is described again as coming from a sword that is not of man. He speaks of a king reigning in righteousness. Careless women of ease are told pay attention because trouble is coming. But there is a promise of "until the Spirit is poured on us from on high."
