In this chapter on appreciation I speak about what is the greatest album of all time and how it shaped my appreciation of artistic empathy, the various emotions and subject matter it covered, and how eerily timed this magnificent work was in my life.Finally, I end with leadership and appreciations part in it, and how experience and memory of the alternative can be a powerful source of appreciation as well.
