To support future enhancements and improvements to the support experience, Coaches will now be prompted to enter their Coach ID when calling into Coach Relations. Your Coach ID is located on the left side of your Coach Online Office under the "Welcome" section. If you have multiple CBCs, please use the Coach ID with the highest rank.
