  • Sleep hours have been found to be the absolute strongest predictor of injuries out there.

  • Doctors with the U.S. Olympic water polo team found by properly regulating sleep, the team actually had 64% less last time

  • Stanford basketball team showed almost a 10% improvement in just free throws made by sleeping properly.
