About our guest Rashmi Ketha:

After graduating with her MS in Management/Business Analytics and being named as NJC3’s Student of the Year this past May, Rashmi is progressing her career in the Data Science/Analytics track at Verizon’s Leadership Development Program. She works on supporting the emerging Technology Center of Practice and the business with AI/Cognitive research/data science insights. Outside of work, Rashmi shares her ideas and knowledge on topics like diversity/inclusion at the workplace, women in STEM, and the importance of education. She loves to volunteer for non-profit organizations, participate in data science competitions, do kickboxing, read books and articles, and spend time with friends/family.
