We live in a day in age where a lot of us are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self worth, hopelessness, grief, trauma, loneliness, and other pains. Hymnals can have a great impact on assisting us in navigating through life. We can also praise God in the midst of whatever we are going through or facing to gain upliftment and insight on how to deal with our daily affairs.
