My daughter loved to walk in the forest near our home. In the 20 years that we've lived here, I've never seen an owl. After her passing, I saw one. Then another. One day, there were 4, all on different branches. Later, when I was going through pictures, I found a picture of her, when she was a small child, posing next to her favorite animal sign in the forest...the owl sign.
