I was in the wrong place at wrong second…My fur baby boy (who was 9 months old when we lost our son) saw another dog on the opposite side of the road. He lurched to try and get to the other dog. At the exact time a car was driving past and was also looking at the other dog. Hence he didn’t see us.
When my dog lurched over the pavement onto the road and the car who wasn’t looking hit him…..I thought he was gone…
