Every time I start thinking I’m doing good I get punched in the gut!

The grief just shows up at full speed and knocks me down. I feel like I’m always taking two steps forward but there is always one or two backwards .

I know this is how it works but this journey we were all thrown into really sucks.

I have made so much progress from
13 1/2 months ago but it sure hasn’t been easy . All of you here at AoH have given me much needed advice, support and comfort.
