Peace in the World is Everybody's Business lecture in Soka University’s Recreation Center on September 20, 2007 by Nobel Peace Laureate Betty Williams. First lecture in Soka University’s Distinguished Visiting Speaker Series. Betty Williams was a co-recipient with Mairead Corrigan of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1977 (the prize for 1976) as a cofounder of Community of Peace People, an organization dedicated to promoting a peaceful resolution to the troubles in Northern Ireland. She heads the Global Children's Foundation and is President of the World Centers of Compassion for Children International.
