This is all about grandmothers, and the love they give. Not just mine, but yours too. I reached out to my friends via social media and asked them to share somethings about their grandmothers. A couple hours later my feed was full of the sweetest memories reaffirming that doing an episode on grandmothers would be a crowd-pleaser. It seems grandmothers are kinda like puppies, and babies everybody loves ‘em. If we set our intent on loving unconditionally, what a world it could be.

When was the last time you were sad? When was the last time you said you were sad? Those answers probably don't match up if your like me. I was inspired by a conversation with a friend a few days ago. She said, I'm sad. I thought how brave is she. Then a few days later, I wake up feeling sad and couldn't shake it so I took the day to spend feeling the feels of sadness, acknowledged it was there, and worked through it, which included me telling you I was sad.

This one - this is all about grandmothers, and the love they give. Not just mine, but yours too. I reached out to my friends via social media and asked them to share somethings about their grandmothers. A couple hours later my feed was full of the sweetest memories reaffirming that doing an episode on grandmothers would be a crowd-pleaser. It seems grandmothers are kinda like puppies, and babies - everybody loves ‘em. If we set our intent on loving unconditionally, what a world it could be.
