Here are the highlights:

• Run anything action — a unified and instant way to run rake tasks, rails server, generators, scripts, debug configurations, and other commands.
• The new static analysis core engine makes the IDE significantly faster and improves code navigation.
• Postfix code completion lets you transform expressions without the need to move the caret about in the code to reverse, alter, or supplement statements.
• Markdown preview now renders inline diagrams.
• The debugger provides a more user-friendly way to set up exception breakpoints, and other improvements.
• Partial Git commits were added allowing you to include code chunks into a commit using check-boxes.

Other improvements include better JavaScript support, new Git actions, improved documentation UI, new Open in terminal action, and more!
