Speculating about the link between Monica Fuentes, Agent Hobbs & Carter Verone. Last we saw Fuentes, she was working with Hobbs (Fast Five credit scene) but then we never heard from her again. While 6 got the Shaw-storyline going, perhaps they were considering bringing Verone and her back but abandoned the idea? If Hobbs is killed off screen, then I think the director of Eteon should be a reveal of someone we are already familiar with. Question will remain though: is Hobbs really dead? (you never know with this franchise) Though Brian and Rome took Carter down, maybe Luke Hobbs tried to do the same or even went after him following his release from prison (after 2Fast, before F5). And since we know Hobbs is connected to Monica... maybe there's something brewing for the two-part finale?
