On March 26, The Runcible Spoon hosted the Bloomington Stands with Ukraine Fundraiser. This non-Indiana University fundraiser was led by different professors, such as Sofiya Asher from the Slavic East Eastern Languages and Cultures from Indiana University. The event served dinner and had a choir sing traditional Ukrainian songs. Many people with Ukrainian relations attended the event to show solidarity for their loved ones over seas, while other came to learn and become immersed in the culture.
