From the Youth Radio department, we revisit a live session with the band Get Right from Saturday, April 11th. Get Right is a local youth crew band that plays fast, hardcore music. The band features youth radio intern Charlie Voyles on the bass. Youth Radio Director Jessie Grubb introduces the session and the importance of creating space for teens to participate in community radio here at WFHB.

In the conversation, Linnell reflects on the band’s decades-long creative partnership, their ever-evolving songwriting process, and what it means to keep things interesting more than 40 years in.
