I'm really glad to share my chaotic reflections from today's shadow work session. 

This week the Universe is really asking me to dive into a lot of self-limiting beliefs that are still holding me back. 

There is always so much to learn about ourselves and I was this episode to be an encouragement that it is a good thing! The more you learn about yourself the more you become free of whatever was previously holding you back!

To manifest your life's truest desires, you need to go deep.
