The Southern Africa and Indian Ocean COVID-19 Rapid Response Facility (RRF) is a credit facility dedicated to address the adverse consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the private sector, in particular SMEs. The main objective is to support on-lending by financial intermediaries to private sector projects in the Southern Africa and Indian Ocean regions (excluding South Africa).
