On the podcast this week, we have Meredith Schork! Meredith and I knew each other in a past life as front of house staff at good old Carrabba's Italian Grille. Years later, she is now that Culinary Arts Coordinator at Community Services for Every1. We talked all about this cool organization, but what was especially cool is how she ended up here after many many years in the restaurant industry.
