Brig. Gen. Ronald Bailey, Deputy Commanding General, III Marine Expeditionary Force; Commanding General, 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade and co-director of Balikatan ‘09, will discuss the joint bilaterial exercise Balikatan, which officially started April 16 and runs through April 30. This year is the 25th in the Balikatan series and it has been tasked to the third Marine Expeditionary Force.
