Great is the LORD, and most worthy of praise
Let's lift our hearts and our very souls up toward the LORD of Heaven and Earth! With respect and awe, let us worship the LORD today!

This week we pray for China, a country of over 1.3 billion people. There are 223 cities in China with populations of more than 1 million. As a communist country, they are officially an atheistic country - but their people are hungry for spiritual things. Pray that the truth of our LORD Jesus Christ will change lives in China today!

Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children 2and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Mediate upon that truth from scripture
Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do,
Because we are his dear children - May we live a life filled with love
Not just a little love whenever we feel particularly loving - but FILLED with love
Christ love us so much that he offered himself as a sacrifice for us

Watch what God does, and then you do it,

Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant.
He didn't love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that.
