I suppose most companies will do this rather than forego theprofits from the Chinese market.If western companies were selling physical products, such as DVDs, thecompanies would not have to carry out the censorship. Chineseretailers would not buy the DVDs of the banned programs; the westerncompany would not be required to participate in censorship.However, because they runa streaming dis-service, the dis-service itself is required to censor on China's behalf.This is one additional reason to reject streaming dis-services. Icondemn their injustices so strongly that I refuse to watch or listen toanything through them.
