A sheriff in Oklahoma (and other officials) were secretly recordedtalking about theirwish to murder various inconvenient people.They are trying to distract attention from this by claiming that makingthe recording was a crime.Arguably it was lawful to make the recording, but even if it wasn't,that is no reason to tolerate officials whose idea of upholding lawsis to discuss ideas for murder.
