Andrew Malkinson has been in prison for 17 years for rape, becausethugsconcealed the evidencethat should have shown he didn't do it.It's amazing how often officials illegally conceal exculpatoryevidence and succeed in bringing about an abortion of justice. (Theword "miscarriage" is a mistaken metaphor because they happen byaccident.) We read over and over of people who were convicted in theUS as a result of such deception. These prosecutors have to know theyare lying someone into prison or (in the US) into the death row. Whydon't we put them in prison for this?
