The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is investigating some of itsthugs forsuspected membership in racist gangs.State encroachment, TNTennessee hasprohibited cities from operating review boardsto curbthe violence of thug departments.If cities cannot exert control over thugs, they may still be able tocut the funds to make the thug department smaller, and set up newnon-police departments to handle traffic enforcement and dealing withpeople who are going nuts.
