NHS doctors are now led to work in a gig economy system,withoutlasting relationships with patientsor other personnel.Labour has a plan to change this by applyingfinancial incentives anddisincentivesto doctors. The insistence on making this change "cost neutral" forces thedecision to make the disincentives equal the incentives. But we knowthe NHS personnel need raises. Labour is screwing itself with its decision to bow down to the rich by not taxing them more.
