I have newly acquired a Shopfox W1888 cabinet saw; with a wild sale (~$1200 off) and free freight, it was actually about $150 cheaper than the equivalent Grizzly G0899

anyhoo, my question is this: would I be able to safely attach flip down casters to the side of the base? Seems to be about 1/8” thick walls on the cabinet body.

I’m a short guy, so I’d really prefer not to add any height to the saw.. the Grizzly mobile base does only add .75” supposedly, so I’m not doomed.. but...
