Been researching preamp/di’s. A Noble is out of my budget. Looking for something I can use as a preamp/di to add warmth an provide some tone shaping, but also want something to use as a backup to my amp or in situations when I can’t use an amp. What best fits the bill and falls under $300?

I’ve been looking a lot at the Zio, the Tone Hammer, and the Nux Melvin Sparks, but am open to other suggestions. What do you guys think best fits my needs?
