A real workhorse in the Canadian club/touring musician scene in the 60s and 70s was the Traynor tube amplifier and P.A. system.
When you couldn't afford an American-made brand name amp, you could still afford a Traynor or a used one of which there many.
They were a basic no-nonsense amp, I don't honestly know which style they were imitating at first, Fender probably, possibly Ampeg too.
Does anyone here recall using one, or still have one?
