Many old posts have links to pages that never load. I noticed that the URLs are in a different format.
These are at the end of [clubs] as well as forum rules.

Here's one example. When I click on "forums and rules" in the left nav menu on mobile it is linked to:
https://www.talkbass.com/forums/talkbass-com-news-announcements.85/help/terms/which then brings up a page saying that cannot be found.
