Hi all, I recently purchased a Japanese OC-2 Octaver from Reverb (not recently enough to return). I tested it out when I received it--sounded amazing--but have not needed it in the studio since. Just took it out to A/B against a Broughton Subsonic, it worked fine, but when I subsequently tried to use it in a signal chain with other pedals, it stopped turning on (by the way, I'm using a Voodoo Power Plus with 12v [*edited from my original post, mistaken for 18v] for the OC-2, plugged into...
