I know there have been many and varied comments about dead spots. I'm trying to find out if there is a way to cure it, or do I have to live with it. What are the common causes/remedies. It's as though someone has placed a damper on the string that affects only B, C, Db on the G string, elsewhere on the string sustain is good.
