Hey everyone, I just joined this forum to try to get some answers on this. I just got this 1967 Gibson EB-2 yesterday, and while taking it apart to clean it and put new strings on it, I noticed this piece in plastic inlayed underneath the bridge. When I pried at the corner of it, there was some paper wrapping some rectangular electronic (like a 9v battery sized capacitor maybe?). Does anyone have a clue in what this could be? Thanks
