I imported some CD tracks into Reaper to practice to. Rotating Heads by The (English) Beat was released in 1982 and the extended version March of the Swivel Heads featured in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. So it's not new. I had it on vinyl and then bought the CD version around 1992. The audio is slammed to the limits. Dear Heart by The Cocteau Twins - same time period barely tickles the VU meters.
