Wondering if anyone has experience of using soap bars on short scale basses. It’s not a pickup I think I’ve ever seen on a short scale, but I’m quite intrigued by what tonal qualities they would bring to a Mustang / Musicmaster style bass in a 60’s Jazz configuration.
