I put up this video some time ago. Since then I’ve watched it many times. I have to say, the one sound that really excites me is the Rickenbacker 4003. I’ve never owned one and probably never will because I’m a 100% fretless guy these days but I absolutely get why Ric devotees put up with all the quirks and “difficulties” of this instrument to get THAT sound. Just so unique and beautiful. And yeah, it LOOKS damn fine too.
