Danielle Baughman is a Chemical Engineer who has experiencein oil and gas, utilities, commercial construction, and government work.Danielle, who is Six Sigma LEAN Black Belt certified, graduated from theUniversity of Pittsburgh in 2009 with a major in Chemical Engineering and aminor in Bioengineering. She started her firm, ProShare Services in 2020 and isrecognized as a WBENC organization and has been chosen to participate in theWBENC Energy Executive Program, the WBENC Chemical Industry Accelerator Program,and the WBENC WeIGNITe Executive Education Program. With safety at the helm ofevery job, ProShare is OSHA 30 and 10 certified.

Her deep experience running large construction projects hasled to her managing over 30 projects since starting ProShare, just 3 years ago.She works much faster than anyone expects because she talks to the people doingthe work. She understands how underestimated the operators are and she lovesfinding problems and solving them as a team.

Excellence is vital to Danielle and during her career shehas received awards from Shell for being the project manager of a compressorstation buildout where they saved costs and came in under budget, whileensuring zero safety incidents. The project was executed in compliance withstate and federal environmental regulations.
