Luke 9: Jesus continues showing His authority over natural and spiritual matters. Jesus sends out His Apostles to go out and share the good news as well as heal the sick. He also shares with His disciples that He will die for them. We see the transfiguration take place in this chapter, and this chapter ends with Jesus telling His disciples about the cost of following Him.
