Lauren Packard is a Sr. Policy Analyst at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where she helps equip leaders worldwide to leverage technological innovation to address climate change and other societal issues. Previously, she worked as an environmental attorney at a non-profit and the California Department of Justice. She holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
