Matthew Vining is a Policy Analyst at Atlas Public Policy, where he focuses on bringing together data, policy, and qualitative and quantitative analysis. His background is in climate and energy policy, state and federal governance, and engineered systems in theenvironment. At Atlas, he also produces analyses and reports related to transportation electrification and the clean energy economyβwith a particular focus on ensuring that this content is accessible to policymakers, key stakeholders, and the public.
Christopher Putney is the Strategy & External Affairs Lead on EPIC's technology team, where he supports the program's stakeholder engagement and legislative affairs, communications, and strategy work across initiatives. Before EPIC, he worked in Deloitteβs Government & Public Services practice and for a Member of Congress.
