Those eyes cursed me with their benevolent beam

And when the sunset stars are glistening

They raise me to the endless light

And when they stare I see tonight.

Upon the slumber of my dome

Does the wanderer ever roam

And under stars affixed to gaze

They never seek to rule with praise.

The blades of wisdom grazed anew

For under feet of wandering muse

The Earthly one give forth the life

The newborn Sun plant seeds with light.

The fluid slithering between the veins

And too it seeks to quench the brain

But if by greed and withered patience

Then be all an end to cadence.

Within the gracious mind so ripe

A wisdom seldom shared so bright

And furthermore the heart’s true mold

Amidst the eyes of wise, behold.
