"The birds fall like torpedo’s from the sky,
aiming for the embracing wind, to sing its song.
The trees bow and bellow from their roots,
the wind stroking the armed branches and
veined leaves as it strolls by.
Upon the stream of the Earth’s tears,
the wind combs through like an invisible bird,
only to be discovered by the fitted puzzle
pieces of its open wings.
The pages of The Book splashing open in
the breeze, for it, too, exists whether
one decides to believe in it or not.
Like relics of the past, the meaning may lose
its way, but eventually, it hears the call from
home, and answers eagerly.
