Karen shares her experience bringing projects to life for audiences and actors across the world. Projects like Period Piece, an anthology dedicated to destigmatizing menstruation, and Nora & Delia Ephron’s adaptation of Love, Loss, and What I Wore.
The two discuss the strengths and shortcomings of rehearsing theater over Zoom during the pandemic, the power of empathy and the courage it takes to step away from work you love in order to take a job that could change your life.
