In this episode Meg & Heather talk about a favorite oil for diffusing- Grapefruit!  This oil can be used topically, internally or aromatically.  There are lots of uses for this oil, but most people use this essential oil for weight loss, but it has so many other beneficial uses!  A few things shared in this episode- 

Anthropologie Diffuser Blend

• 4 drops Citrus Bliss
• 3 drops Grapefruit
• 2 drops Siberian Fir

Line Dried Laundry Diffuser Blend

2 drops each

• Tea Tree
• Lemongrass
• Cedarwood
• Grapefruit

Scalp Build Up Recipe

• 2 TBSP ACV
• 8 TBSP Water
• 8 drops Rosemary
• 6 drops Lemon
• 4 drops Grapefruit

Mix and comb into hair focusing on scalp. Leave on 20 min. Rinse and shampoo like normal.
