Regenerative agriculture is increasingly recognised as a comprehensive solution to not only enrich agro-biodiversity and improve nutrition levels within our foods, but also to support the rebalancing of CO2 levels in the atmosphere. Its advantages go beyond agriculture, and so it is a means of sustaining life in all its forms. We are joined by Andrew Ardington, founder of the Regenerative Agriculture Association of Southern Africa, to discuss the role that regenerative agriculture can play in the production of healthy food while simultaneously mitigating climate change.
